1. What are the show opening hours?

The Show is open from 9th November - 12th November 2017. Opening hours are as follows:
Thursday - 10:00am - 5:30pm
Friday - 10:00am - 5:30pm
Saturday - 10:00am - 5:30pm
Sunday - 10:00am - 5:00pm

3. Does the venue have a car park?

Except for Members of the RDS, all car parking facilities at the Simmonscourt RDS are operated on a fee-paying basis of €6.00 per day. For more travel information, please click here

4. I am disabled, how do I access Simmonscourt, RDS and where can I park?

There are a number of reserved spaces outside the Main Entrance for disabled drivers and there is no charge for these spaces. However they do come on a first-come first-served basis. You must display your blue badge.

5. Can I hire a wheelchair at the Show?

Unfortunately, you are not able to hire a wheelchair at the show.

6. I am accompanying somebody as a carer, do I have to purchase a ticket?

When accompanying somebody in the capacity of carer, your entry to the Show is free of charge. To receive your free ticket, please call 0300 300 30 30.

7. Am I allowed to bring my guide dog to the Show?

Yes, guide dogs are welcome at the Show.

8. Can I bring my children to the Show?

Yes, although we do not provide any child minding or crèche facilities. If your child is under 5 their entry to the Show will be free, between the ages of 5 and 18 they will be entitled to a child ticket and after 18 they will need to purchase an adult ticket. 10. Is there a cloakroom at the show?

There is a cloakroom available where you can leave coats and luggage for €1/£1 per item.

11. Is there an ATM machine at the venue?

There are an ATM machine within Simmonscourt, RDS, however they may charge.

13. Can I have a copy of the floorplan before the Show?

Unfortunately we do not have a floorplan available before the show. However, you can buy a show guide at the show for €4.

14. Is my ticket day specific?

No tickets are valid on any one day of the show. We ask which day(s) you are attending for our reference. However, Two-Day tickets and VIP tickets are day specific, so please give careful thought to which days you are attending.

15. Can I buy workshop tickets in advance?

Yes, workshop tickets are sold in advance both online or by calling +44 (0)121 796 6165. Please click here for more Workshop information and to buy your tickets.

Any remaining tickets will be sold at the show from the Workshop Booking Desk. Please note tickets are on a first-come first-served basis and are non-refundable.

17. When will I receive my entry and/or workshop tickets?

If you have opted for your ticket(s) to be posted to you, you should receive them within two weeks. If you have chosen the e-ticket option you should receive it immediately after your purchase. If you have any queries regarding tickets please email our Interchange, ticketing supplier by clicking here

18. I have not received my tickets and the Show is in a few days, what should I do?

If you have not received your ticket you will still be able to gain access to the Show by bringing with you the booking reference number provided to you when you purchased your tickets and taking it to the Box Office as soon as you arrive at the Show.

19. I am now unable to come to the Show, can I have a refund?

We are sorry, but tickets are non-refundable.
