The Show is open from 27th – 30th April 2017. Opening hours are as follows:
Thursday - 10:00am - 5:30pm
Friday - 10:00am - 5:30pm
Saturday - 10:00am - 5:30pm
Sunday - 10:00am - 5:00pm
The show takes place in The Highland Hall at The Royal Highland Centre, located in Ingliston Edinburgh . The show can be easily reached by bus, coach or car. Click here for full details on how to get to the show
The venue has a dedicated car park with over 20,000 parking spaces. There is a £5 car parking fee per vehicle.
The show can be accessed via The Highland Hall, this is wheelchair friendly and is all on one level. There is disabled parking in the main car park for The Royal Highland – please note parking costs £5.
Unfortunately wheelchairs can’t be hired at the show.
When accompanying somebody in the capacity of carer, your entry to the Show is free of charge. To request a carer ticket, get in touch via our contact us form.
Yes, guide dogs are welcome at the Show.
Yes, although we do not provide any child minding or crèche facilities. If your child is under 5 their entry to the Show will be free, between the ages of 5 and 18 they will be entitled to a child ticket and after 18 they will need to purchase an adult ticket. There is a cloakroom available at the show. Here you can leave coats and luggage for £1 per item.
There aren't any ATMs in operation at the show. The nearest ATM is a 15 minute walk so bringing cash to the show with you is advisable.

Unfortunately we do not have a floorplan available before the show. However, you can buy a show guide in advance. This will be posted to you one week prior to the event. Advance copies can be ordered up until midday on Friday 14th April by calling 0844 581 1302 or clicking here

General tickets to The Knitting & Stitching Show are not day specific. However VIP tickets are day specific so please do give careful consideration when deciding what day to come.

Yes, workshop tickets are sold in advance both online or by calling 0844 581 1302. They are available in advance until midday on Wednesday 26th March. follow this link for more Workshop information.
Any remaining tickets will be sold at the show from the Workshop Booking Desk. Please note tickets are on a first come first served basis and are non-refundable.
If you have elected the e-ticket option you should receive it immediately after purchase. If you have opted for your ticket to be posted to you then tickets will be sent out in March. If you have any queries regarding tickets please contact Ticket Factory, our ticketing company, on 0333 300 3010.
If you have not received your ticket you will still be able to gain access to the Show by bringing with you the booking reference number provided to you when you purchased your tickets and taking it to the Box Office as soon as you arrive at the Show.
