1. What are the show opening hours?

The Show is open from 2nd - 5th March 2017. Opening hours are as follows:
Thursday - 10:00am - 7:00pm
Friday - 10:00am - 5:30pm
Saturday - 10:00am - 5:30pm
Sunday - 10:00am - 5:00pm

2. How do I get to the Show?

The show takes place at Olympia London, located in West London. The show can be easily reached by train, tube, bus, coach or car. Click here for full details on how to get to the show

3. Does the venue have a car park?

The venue has one dedicated car park and it is strongly advised that you pre-book to guarantee a space. To book visit www.olympia.co.uk

4. I am disabled, how do I access London Olympia and where can I park?

Olympia Central access is via the main entrance on Hammersmith Road. Lifts are then used to access the main hall. There is disabled parking in the multi-storey car park at Olympia. We strongly advise to pre-book car parking as it is cheaper to book in advance. Book online at any time, or call the advance booking line on 020 7598 2515 between 0900-1700 Monday to Friday. Most major credit cards are accepted. As a matter of policy Olympia will always try to accommodate Blue Badge Holders if practically possible.

5. Can I hire a wheelchair at the Show?

Wheelchairs are available on loan for use at the venue on receipt of a suitable deposit. Please call Olympia directly on 020 7598 2411 to arrange for a wheelchair.

6. I am accompanying somebody as a carer, do I have to purchase a ticket?

When accompanying somebody in the capacity of carer, your entry to the Show is free of charge. To request a carer ticket, get in touch via our contact us form.

7. Am I allowed to bring my guide dog to the Show?

Yes, guide dogs are welcome at the Show.

8. Can I bring my children to the Show?

Yes, although we do not provide any child minding or crèche facilities. If your child is under 5 their entry to the Show will be free, between the ages of 5 and 18 they will be entitled to a child ticket and after 18 they will need to purchase an adult ticket. 9. Where can I eat at the Show?

10. Is there a cloakroom at the show?

There is a cloakroom available at the show. Here you can leave coats and luggage for £1 per item.

11. Is there an ATM machine at the venue?

There are ATM machines within London Olympia, however they do charge.

13. Can I have a copy of the floorplan before the Show?

Unfortunately we do not have a floorplan available before the show. However, you can buy a show guide in advance. This will be posted to you one week prior to the event.  Advance copies can be ordered up until midday on Friday 24th February by calling 0844 581 1302 or clicking here

14. I have booked a show guide when will I receive it?

Show guides are posted one week prior to the event. If you have not received your show guide within four days of the event please contact Ticket Factory, our ticketing company, on 0333 300 3010.

15. Is my ticket day specific?

General tickets to The Knitting & Stitching Show are not day specific. However VIP tickets are day specific so please do give careful consideration when deciding what day to come.

16. I've bought a VIP ticket for the wrong day, what should I do?

Please contact the ticketing department via the contact us form. Ticket swaps are subject to availability.

17. Can I buy workshop tickets in advance?

Yes, workshop tickets are sold in advance both online or by calling 0844 581 1319. They are available in advance until midday on Wednesday 1st March. Please follow this link for more Workshop information

Any remaining tickets will be sold at the show from the Workshop Booking Desk. Please note tickets are on a first come first served basis and are non-refundable.

18. When will I receive tickets?

If you have selected the e-ticket option you should receive it immediately after purchase. If you have opted for your ticket to be posted to you then tickets will be sent out in February. If you have any queries regarding tickets please contact Ticket Factory, our ticketing company, on 0333 300 3010.

19. I have not received my tickets and the Show is in a few days, what should I do?

If you have not received your ticket you will still be able to gain access to the Show by bringing with you the booking reference number provided to you when you purchased your tickets and taking it to the Box Office as soon as you arrive at the Show.

20. I am now unable to come to the Show, can I have a refund?

We are sorry, but tickets are non-refundable.
