The Irish Patchwork Society was founded over 30 years ago and currently has approximately 600 members in 8 branches throughout the country. All members volunteer their time to run the society on a local and national level, organizing meetings and workshops throughout the year. As a society we embrace and promote both traditional and modern techniques and skills. Our members work in the community, tirelessly giving of their time to raise money for worthy causes.
The Irish Patchwork Gallery this year will feature the first view of a special collection of quilts based on the theme “There’s Always One”. This collection from members features a wide selection of patchwork and quilting styles ranging from traditional, contemporary, modern and art quilts. The Society work in the community, tirelessly giving of their time to raise money for worthy causes.
