The Mindfulness Hangout

Brand new for 2018, we have created The Mindfulness Hangout. This is an informal space for you to relax, knit, crochet or stitch with like-minded crafters.
Good mental health is so important and there has been an abundance of research to suggest crafting has a positive impact on our wellbeing so we have created this space to help support that.

The Big Stitch

Drop by and let us know how crafting makes you feel by stitching the word that sums up the joy you get from craft and adding it to our ‘Big Stitch’ at the show supported by Madeira Threads.

Relax & Knit

Or come and meet the UK Hand Knitting team. If you can already knit you can bring your problems to the expert yarn doctor for help or advice. Or simply drop by for a knit or natter with like-minded crafters.

It’s on every day of the show and is completely free but they will be asking for donations to the mental health charity, Mind.

We hope you enjoy this new addition to the show.

Important Ticket Information – Covid-19

We’re looking forward to welcoming visitors to The Knitting & Stitching Show in November for what promises to be a great event. That said, our number one priority is to ensure we protect the health and wellbeing of our visitors and exhibitors, and we will closely follow the government and their medical advisers’ recommendations to ensure we do this.

The show will go ahead, unless we’re advised or told to cancel or delay at the request of the UK Government, which we will then do without hesitation. If this is the case we will issue a refund for all tickets and workshops booked via See Tickets, (if you booked through a third party please contact them directly). We won’t take risks with your safety and we will do as the Government advises.
